摘要
气机升降理论是中医学理论的重要组成部分,《黄帝内经》奠定了气机升降理论的学术思想,《伤寒论》将升降理论思想贯穿于六经辨证,而对升降学说从理论阐发,当从金元诸家开始,其从不同角度进一步丰富了升降学说,如刘完素之玄府水火升降观、张从正之攻邪升降观、李杲之脾胃为升降枢纽观、朱丹溪之五脏气血升降观,均对后世气机升降理论学说阐发影响较大。
The theory of ascending and descending of functional activities of qi is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine theory, ＂Huang Di Nei Jing＂ established academic thoughts of the theory of ascending and descending of functional ac- tivities of qi. ＂Shang Hai Lun＂ goes through it in ＂Liu Jing＂ syndrome differentiation, and elucidating the theory of ascending and descending of functional activities of qi from ＂Jin and Yuan era＂. Further enrich the theory of ascending and descending of func- tional activities of qi from different angles ,for instance, Liu Wansu ＂the theory of ascending and descending of xuan fu and shui huo＂, Zhang Congzheng ＂ the theory of ascending and descending of gong xie＂, Li Gao ＂ the theory of ascending and descending of hub＂, Zhu Dan xi ＂ the theory of ascending and descending of five viscera qi and blood＂. These are had a greater influence on the theory expounded for later generations.
