摘要
为了找到适合闽楠容器育苗的轻型基质,进行了泥炭、珍珠岩、森林表土、蛭石和锯木屑不同比例基质的闽楠容器育苗试验,对各基质育苗的生长指标进行了测定。结果表明:不同基质配比对闽楠幼苗生长的苗高、地径及生物量均有显著影响;泥炭土∶森林表土=1∶1的基质和泥炭土∶锯木屑=3∶1的基质闽楠容器育苗生长表现最为理想,苗高分别为16.3cm和13.7cm,地径分别为2.72mm和2.50mm,可在生产上推广应用。
Media like peat, perlite, forest top soil, vermiculite and wood sawdust was applied and intermixed into different compositions according to a certain proportion in the container breeding experiment to find out the ideal light media for P. bournei container nursery. Analysis of growth indices showed that different medium ratio had a significant impact on height, diameter and biomass characteristics of P. bournei seedlings. According to a comprehensive assessment of the entire indices, the seedlings in 1~ media ( peat = forest top soil = 1 = 1 ) and 9 # media ( peat : wood sawdust = 3 :1 ) grown the best, with an average height of 16.3 cm and 13.7 cm and an average diameter of 2.72 mm and 2.50 mm, respectively. Therefore, it was believed that the ideal media for P. bournei container nursery were 1 # and 9 # , which can be promoted in production.
