HPV感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变相关性临床分析 被引量：19

摘要 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变之间的相关性。方法通过对宫颈癌及癌前病变的筛查,检查宫颈组织中HPV16/18型的表达水平及病情,以了解HPV16/18型对于宫颈癌及癌前病变的检测价值。结果 HPV分型检测对于宫颈癌的诊断具有一定的指导价值。结论 HPV的感染对于宫颈癌的发生有一定影响,因此积极控制HPV感染,可有效预防宫颈癌的发生。
