生物柴油在国Ⅴ排放重型车用柴油机上的燃烧试验 被引量:1

Combustion Characteristics of Diesel Engine Fueled with Biodiesel for State-Ⅴ Heavy-duty Vehicle

摘要 对满足国Ⅴ排放标准的高压共轨重型柴油机进行燃用餐饮废油制生物柴油与国Ⅴ柴油的混合燃料燃烧特性的试验研究,发动机不作任何改动。结果表明:发动机燃用生物柴油混合燃料的滞燃期和燃烧持续期比燃用纯国Ⅴ柴油有所缩短,且随着生物柴油掺混比例的升高降幅增加;低速时缸内压力、压力升高率和最高燃烧温度低于燃用国Ⅴ柴油,高速时与燃用国Ⅴ柴油差异不大甚至高于燃用国Ⅴ柴油;燃用混合燃料的瞬时放热率和累计放热率先高于燃用国Ⅴ柴油,之后逐渐低于燃用国Ⅴ柴油,且瞬时放热率峰值随掺混比例的升高递减。 For a State-V high pressure common rail heavy-duty diesel engine without any retrofit, the combustion of waste cooking oil biodiesel and State-V diesel blended fuel was researched. The result shows that the ignition delay and combustion duration of blended fuel both shortens and becomes shorter with the increase of mixing ratio. Compared with State-V diesel, the cylinder pressure, pressure rise rate and highest combustion temperature of blended fuel decrease at low speeds and make little difference at high speeds. The instantaneous and cumulative heat release rates of blended fuel are first higher and then lower than that of State-V diesel and the peak instantaneous heat release rate decreases with the increase of mixing ratio.
