摘要
作者认为城中村改造不能一次性拆建,而是应该分阶段进行,设法使城中村自建相邻住宅建筑在不同建设阶段都达到舒适性要求。文章结合现状分析,提出了详细的解决方案。
The author believes that the renovation of urban village should not be carried out by stages not one-time practice in an attempt to meet the comfortability requirement at each construction stage. Combined with analysis on current status, a detailed solution is presented.
