摘要
在城市化迅速推进过程中，一些发达地区在城乡交汇处出现了城乡杂居的城中村。城中村的种种生存弊端与冲突表明，它应当成为城市化研究的主题之一。在城中村形成的诸多要素之中，城乡二元的土地制度及相关政策与制度安排、村庄利益性及社会性共同体的内聚、非正式经济的独特功能与地位、对传统历史文化的认同性是城中村形成与维系的主要原因。城中村的改造与发展、城市的进一步城市化都离不开对这些问题的认识。
In the speedy advance of urbanization,villages within cities,which are inhabited by a mixed population of both the town and the country,have appeared in the rurbania of some developed regions.Various drawbacks and conflicts of the existence of villages within cities show that it claims to be one of the subjects of studies of urbanization.Of the many essential factors that contribute to the formation of villages within cities,the most important ones are:dual land system of town and country and related policy and system arrangement,cohesion of interests of village and social community,unique function and position of unofficial economy ,and congnition of history and culture.Transformation and dvelopment village wit hin city and further urbanization of the city,all calls for better understanding of these questions.
