摘要
目的:总结四君子汤在中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证中的临床运用。方法:通过我院临床实践和有关医学典籍记载,就四君子汤在脾胃气虚证中的运用进行总结和讨论。结果:四君子汤在治疗脾胃气虚证中具有较高的临床价值。尤其是加味方可以进一步延伸四君子汤的运用范围。结论:四君子汤及加味方是中医治疗脾胃气虚证的常用方,值得在临床中进一步挖掘四君子汤及加味方的使用价值,提升治疗效果。
Objective: To summarize clinical application of Sijunzi decoction in spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome of TCM medical department. Methods: Through our clinical practice and records of concerning medical books, application of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome was summarized and discussed. Results: Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome has a high clinical value. Especially flavored recipe may further extend the scope of application of Sijunzi decoction. Conclusion: Sijunzi decoction and flavored recipe is a TCM treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome common recipe, it is worth digging further clinical value of the Sijunzi decoction and its flavored recipe and enhance the therapeutic effect.
