摘要
目的 :探讨影响大学生运动行为的心理因素 ,为培养其终身锻炼的生活方式提供依据。方法 :用体育KAP问卷 ,对整群随机抽取的 1 2 4 3名大学生 (男 654、女 589人 )进行调查。结果 :男生不仅在运动的自我效能、态度和行为上得分显著高于女生 ;体育人口 51 .2 2 % ,也显著高于女生 41 .77% (P <0 .0 1 )。常参加有氧锻炼者较对照组大学生有更高的体育态度和自我效能评分 (P <0 .0 1 )。其运动行为与体育态度和自我效能间r值为 0 .41、0 .47(P <0 .0 1 ) ,体育知识间的相关系数为 0 .1 2。结论 :大学生中体育人口仅 46 .74% ,女生是锻炼行为的重点干预对象。
Objective: To probe into the mental factors that were thought to influence sports behaviors of college students, and to provide basis for the establishment of lifestyles beneficial to exercise for life. Methods: A cluster random sample of 1243 students (654 males and 589 females) was drawn from 6 colleges or universities; they were surveyed with sports questionnaire regarding knowledge, attitude and behaviors. Results: Male students had higher scores in self-efficiency, attitude and behaviors than female students, the proportion of students who took part in exercise was higher( P <0.01) among males (51.22%) than among females (41.77%). Students who usually take part in aerobic exercise had higher scores in attitude and in self-efficiency than the controls( P <0.01). Sports behavior was correlated(all P <0.01) with attitude( r =0.41), self-efficiency( r =0.47) and knowledge( r =0.12). Conclusion: The proportion of students who take part in exercise is 46.74%; interventions for sports behavior should be implemented among female students. Attitude and self-efficiency are main factors that influence sports behavior of college students.
