摘要
我国是辣椒制品生产消费大国,产量居全球之首,辣椒及其加工制品进出口贸易发展迅速,主要输往韩国、日本和欧盟、美国等地区,其中,输韩国辣椒制品占据举足轻重的地位。近几年来,韩国对于辣椒制品的微生物要求日益增多。本文根据近年来韩国对于辣椒制品出口的微生物要求,研究主要控制措施,旨在为相关企业和部门提供参考,促进辣椒制品的出口。
Our country is big country of consumption of chilli products, output ranking first in the world. Chilli and its processed products for the import and export trade has developed rapidly, mainly to South Korea, Japan, America and the European Union area. wherein, chilli products exported to Korea occupy the main component. Recent years, South Korea for chilli products technical requirements are increasing. According to the Microbiological requirements for chilli products exported to Korea, study on the main control measures, in order to provide reference for the relevant enterprises and departments, promote pepper products export..
