摘要
随着我国马铃薯产业的快速发展,对马铃薯机械化程度的要求不断提高。目前,我国仍然主要以挖掘机为主,机械化程度低。国外联合收获机作业效率高,但多数体积庞大,仅适合于大地块,而我国薯类种植区多为中小地块,特别是丘陵山地,地块较小,薯类联合收获机难以应用。为了满足我国丘陵山地薯类机械化收获的需要,设计开发出了一种自走式小型化的薯类联合收获机,可一次完成挖掘、输送、分离、捡拾和装箱作业。田间试验表明,该机的平均损失率为0.6%,平均破皮率为2.8%,平均伤薯率0.1%,作业效果良好。
With the rapid development of potato industry in China, the potato mechanization degree requirement. However our country still basically excavator-based at present, the mechanization rate is low. Foreign combine harvester has high- er efficiency, but most of them are huge in size, only suitable for large plots, but our country potato planting area for many small and medium plots, especially in hilly area, smaller plots, potato combine harvester hardly to application. In order to meet China's Hilly Potato Mechanized Harvest needs, designed and developed a self-propelled miniature potato combine harvester. The harvester can complete the mining, transportation, separation, picking, packing. The field test shows that the machine of the average loss rate of 0.6% , the average broken rate is 2.8% , the average injury potato rate 0.1% , operation effect is good.
