摘要
本文引用较详细的数据论述农膜给新疆棉花增产所带来的利益,与此同时,残膜所造成的日益严重的环境污染以及新疆技术人员十几年来为消除残膜危害所作的努力。通过对不同残膜回收工艺及与之相配套机具的特点分析,列举了他们各自的优缺点。在此基础上,提出了一套新的残膜回收工艺即拔棉秆和残膜回收联合作业的残膜回收工艺,设计了相应的机具。该机具的特点是一机多用,减少拖拉机进地次数,消除了回收残膜作业时的障碍,残膜回收更加容易,提高了残膜的回收率。
More detailed data are cited in this paper to discuss plastic film in fields bringing benefits to cotton in Xinjiang increasing production, at that time to discuss increasingly serious environment pollution produced by plastic film residue and technicians in Xinjiang working for more than ten years to eliminate harms of plastic film residue. Their respective advantages and disadvantages are enumerated by analyzing different techniques for collecting plastic film residue and characteristic of machine matching them. On the basis it, a kind of new technology of collecting plastic film residue are provided, that is to say, drawing cotton stalk combines with collecting plastic film residue, and machine of matching it is designed. Peculiarity of the machine is one machine with many uses, so this may reduce times of tractors entering into fields, eliminate obstacles of collecting plastic film residue, let plastic film residue collection easier and enhance the rate of collecting plastic film residue.
