摘要
为研究不同赖氨酸水平日粮对49~70日龄临武鸭屠宰性能的影响,试验选取健康、体重接近的49日龄雌性临武鸭240羽,随机分为5个处理(赖氨酸水平分别为0.65%、0.75%、0.85%、0.95%、1.05%),每个处理6个重复,每个重复8只鸭,试验时间为49—70日龄。试验结果显示:饲喂不同赖氨酸水平日粮对49—70日龄雌性临武鸭屠宰率、半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、瘦肉率均无显著影响(P〉0.05),但0.85%赖氨酸水平日粮有提高临武鸭半净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和瘦肉率的趋势。0.85%赖氨酸水平组与0.75%赖氨酸水平组的全净膛率相当.且均显著高于1.05%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。0.85%和1.05%赖氨酸水平组腹脂率最低,均显著低于0.65%和0.75%赖氨酸水平组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。由此可见,以屠宰性能作为评价指标,49~70日龄雌性临武鸭日粮的赖氨酸水平为0.85%时最优。
In order to study the effect of Lys on slaughter performance of 49 to 70-day-old Linwu duck, 240 healthy Linwu duck with nearly same weight were randomly selected and allocated to 5 groups (the level of Lys were 0.65%, 0.75% ,0.85%,0.95%, 1.05%) with 6 replicates of 8 each replicate.The experiment period was from 49 to 70 days of age. The results showed that:there was no significant difference on slaughter rate,percentage of half-eviscerated yield, percentage of breast muscle,percentage of leg muscle and percentage of lean meat among each group (P 〉 0.05).But the diet of 0.85% Lys level group had a trend of increasing the percentage of half-eviscerated yield,percentage of breast muscle ,percentage of leg muscle and percentage of lean meat(P 〉 0.05), Meanwhile, the percentage of eviscerated yield of 0.85% and 0.75% Lys level group was significantly higher than that of 1.05% Lys level group (P 〈 0.05).The diet of 0.85% and 1.05% Lys level groups had the lowest percentage of abdominal fat,which were significautly lower than that of 0.65% Lys level group(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ).In conclusion,49 to 70-day-old Linwu duck fed the diet of 0.85% Lys level could own the best slaughter performance.
