替米沙坦治疗中重度老年性高血压的临床疗效分析被引量：2

摘要目的探讨替米沙坦治疗老年高血压的临床价值和用药安全性。方法将本院50例原发性高血压老年患者随机分成2组,观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组口服贝那普利,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上联合使用替米沙坦,以4周为1个疗程,监测患者治疗前后的血压、心率、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能,并且记录患者服药期间产生的不良反应。结果治疗4周后2组患者的舒张压和收缩压均有下降,治疗前后数值具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。其中观察组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为80%,两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论替米沙坦对原发性高血压具有理想的临床疗效,临床上建议进一步推广。
