摘要
在互联网信息技术日益发展的今天,当代媒体传播方式发生了革命性的变化,信息发布门槛的降低,信息传播速度的加快,使得高校更加容易受到负面舆情的影响。高校声誉危机以及高校声誉危机管理,使高校在维护自身荣誉和社会形象过程中面临新的问题和挑战,高校通过开展舆情工作,用新思路、新方法和新措施妥善化解危机。
Nowadays, intemet and information technology plays a very important role in modem life while the mode of media transmission has a revolutionary change. Colleges and universities are easier to be impacted by negative public sentiment. Colleges and universities are faced with new problems and challenges of reputation crisis and the management by reputation crisis. In order to protect their honor and social image, colleges and universities should reduce crisis properly through new thought and methods of public sentiment work.
