公司声誉的管理学研究综述 被引量:15

摘要 公司声誉是企业的一种重要的无形资产,在管理实践中正发挥重要的作用。管理学对公司声誉的研究已经有了六十年的历史,本文从公司声誉的概念、形成和测量回顾了各种典型的研究成果,为进一步的研究提供了借鉴。
