摘要
本文研究了网络环境下教育资源配置和教育公平的作用关系,在基于资源理论的背景下,提出教育资源配置通过教育资源供需平衡、公平共享和竞争性流动三个方面促进教育公平的实现,反之,教育公平又影响教育资源配置的效率、主体地位和效果,本文通过研究二者之间的作用关系,指出网络时代下要优化教育资源配置,实现教育公平。
This paper studies the relationship between the allocation of education resources and the education fair under the network environment. Based on the background of the theory of resources, the education resources allocation through education resources supply and demand balance, fair share and competitive flow three aspects to promote the realization of education justice, Education fair and, in turn, affects the efficiency of education resource allocation, the main body status and the effect. Through research role between the relationships, this paper points out that to optimize the distribution of the education resources under the network era, realize the education fair.
