摘要
阐述了近年来对生物碱类化合物提取方法的研究进展,生物碱类化合物具有广泛的生物和光学活性,生物碱类化合物的提取方法有冷浸提法、浸渍法、超声波提取法、渗漉法、回流提取法、超临界提取法、酶提取法、醇类溶剂提取法、有机溶剂提取法、索式提取法、微波萃取法[1]等。本文详细介绍了中蒙药生物碱的提取方法与工艺,并比较了各种方法的优缺点。通过对这些提取方法与工艺进行综合性的论述与分析,为中蒙药生物碱的开发利用提供了借鉴和理论依据。
The article elaborated the research progress of extraction methods of alkaloids in recent years. Alkaloids compounds have comprehensive biological and optical activity.The extraction methods of alkaloids compounds include quenching method,impregnation,ultrasound extraction method,percolating method,refluxing method,supereritical fIuid extraction method,enzyme-assisted extraction,the ethanol refluxing method,organic solvent extraction method,Soxhlet extraction,microwave extraction and so on.The article introduced detailedly the extraction and techonology of traditional Chinese medicine and Mongolian medicines＇ alkaloids.Moreover,it compared the above methods＇ advantages and disadvantages.Through comprehensive discussion and analysis,the article provided successful experiences and theoretical foundation for development and utilization of alkaloids.
