摘要
海洋是影响全球气候的最重要因素,海洋观测技术作为海洋科学和技术的重要组成部分,对经济发展、海上作战的影响将会日益突出,发达国家相继投入了大量的人力与物力进行相关技术的研究与部署。论文介绍了目前国内外海洋水文环境观测技术的发展与现状,最后对我国海洋水文环境观测技术的发展提出了建议与展望。
The ocean is the most important factor affecting the global climate, oceanographic observation technology is an important part of marine science and technology and pay a increasingly important role for economic development and campaign, the developed countries have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in this area. In this paper, the development and present status of detection technology at home and abroad of the oceanographic observation is introduced, and at last, the suggestion and prospect of the oceanographic observation technology for our country is put forwarded.
