摘要
本文回顾了我国海洋观测技术发展三十年的基本情况、主要成就，结合全球海洋观测系统（ＧＯＯＳ）计划的实施，展望我国海洋观测技术今后的发展。
This paper reviews the basic progress and main achievements of the ocean observing technology in our country in the past 30 years, and outlines its prospective development in the future following the implementation of GOOS.
