摘要
针对正在研发中的某微型客车需要在设计阶段考虑到其车身的NVH性能的目的,综合使用多体动力学与声固耦合车身有限元模型对其车内噪声进行预测仿真.使用Matlab/Simulink建立C级路谱文件然后在MSC.Adams/Car中建立多体动力学模型进行仿真、利用MSC.Nastran对该微型客车的声固耦合模型进行由路面激励引起的车内噪声仿真预测,通过对仿真结果的评价分析达到在设计阶段对车身NVH性能的预测,为车身设计提供参考依据,并将车内噪声的仿真结果与样车测量结果进行对比,测量点的声压级分布基本一致,说明了该方法在工程实践中的可行性.
At the design stage considering its NVH performance of the body , comprehensive use of multi-body dynamics and acoustic solid coupling FEM of the car body prediction simulation of interior noise. C level pave- ment file is established by Matilab/Simlink, Multi-body dynamics model is set up and carry on the simulation by MSC. Adams/Car, Interior noise simulation predictions of a minibus' fluid-solid coupling model which caused by Pavement incentives with MSC. Nastran,through the analysis of the evaluation to the simulation re- suits reached NVH performance prediction at the design stage of body,provide a reference data for car body design through the evaluation analysis of simulation, and compared with real vehicle measurement result, the SPL distribution trend of measurement point is consistent, shows the feasibility of this method in engineering practice.
