摘要
建立白车身有限元模型,利用实验模态验证模型的正确性。声腔模型和结构模型进行耦合,计算车内测点声压,在此基础上对车室壁板厚度,车身扭转刚度及吸声材料布置形式研究,以控制车内噪声为目标,得出改善车内噪声的参考方法。
It develops a finite element model of Body In White(BIW),and verifies the accuracy of model by test modal analysis.A coupled structure-acoustic model is established,the car interior acoustic responses of the coupled system is computed.The object of the control of the cab interior sound noise,the effects of the different thickness of the cab panel,the different lay of sound absorbing material and torsion stiffness of vehicle body are studied,gain some references about the control of the cab noise.
