摘要
企业发展战略的落地实施及有效执行离不开指标体系的构建与深入实效的应用,本文通过对指标体系的构建思路、原则、管理内容、主要方法及步骤的分析,以潮州供电局的具体实践及应用为例说明指标体系在战略闭环管理的重要作用,为企业指标管理乃至精益化管理工作提供有益启示。
The effective implementation of enterprise development strategy is dependent on the index system construction and further practical application. Through analysis of the construction idea, principle, management content, main method and steps of the index system, and with the concrete practice and application of Chaozhou Power Supply Bureau as an example, this article shows the important role of index system in the strategic enterprise closed-loop management and provides useful enlightenment for the index management or even lean management of the enterprise.
