右美托咪定在患者术后自控静脉镇痛中的临床应用研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:右美托咪定在患者术后自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)中的临床应用。方法:选择我院收治的110例行直肠癌根治术患者作为研究对象,其中,观察组(右美托咪定进行静脉自控镇痛治疗)55例,对照组(芬太尼进行静脉自控镇痛治疗)55例。结果:两组患者不同时间点的VAS疼痛及镇静评分数据对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组患者在术后镇痛期间心动过缓的发生率同对照组相比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪啶在术后患者静脉自控镇痛中效果明显,其不良反应发生率低,值得在临床应用。
