摘要
检察学作为一门新兴的独立学科,近年来随着研究的深入,初步的理论框架已经构建,独立性日渐突出,但学科建设尚处于起步阶段,还在大力建设的过程中,必将继续得到重视。检察权的研究在检察学研究中具有基础性的作用,是检察学研究的重点和出发点,法律监督制度也是我国检察理论研究长期关注的重点。随着劳动教养制度改革、涉法涉诉信访工作改革的深入及羁押必要性审查制度的建立、死刑复核法律监督程序的规范,如何履行检察机关的职能,发挥检察机关的作用也必将成为检察学研究的重要内容。当然,检察改革是检察发展的主旋律,检察机关一直在探索符合检察发展规律的工作机制和体制,相关的理论研究必不可缺。
As an emerging independent subject, the prosecutorial science＇s independence has become increasingly prominent. The research of prosecutorial power is always playing a basic role for the prosecution research, while the deepening reform of corrective labor system, complaint letters and visits work, the establishment of the detention system, the normalization of death penalty review procedures, the improvement of the prosecution department become an important part of the research of the Prosecutorial Science.
