摘要
采用理论结合实际的方法,研究了KYF-300浮选机上部槽体的工业制作工艺,此工艺能有效确保上部槽体相关技术要求(椭圆度、法兰平面度等),解决了外置泡沫槽的焊接难题,提高了劳动效率和产品质量。
In this paper, industrial manufacture processes of KYF-300 flotation upper cell were studied by theory combined with the practical, This processes could control the key technical requirements of upper cell, meanwhile, the external tank foam welding problems have been also solved, and then the labor efficiency and product quality was improved.
