摘要
机械制造基础是机械类相关专业的必修主干基础课程,涉及产品制造过程基本理论、基本知识、基本技能的重要知识储备,本文针对目前机械制造技术基础课程与企业、科研缺乏有效沟通、对先修课程综合应用能力不足等问题,提出基于产学研协同创新的机械制造技术基础课程设计,改进课程知识面,邀请企业、科研院所的工程师就当下知识体系进行讲解,理论结合实际,从而促进学生对知识面的理解、掌握及实际应用,并响应可持续制造需求。
Fundamental of mechanical manufacturing is compulsory foundation courses related to machinery major, which involves important knowledge base of basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills for product manufacturing process. The current curriculum is lack of effective communication between companies, research institution and fundamental of mechanical manufacturing process. This article presents course design for fundamental of mechanical manufacturing process based on the model of industry university research and collaborative innovation. The purpose is to improve curriculum knowledge and invite enterprises, research institutes, and engineer to explain the current mechanical manufacturing knowledge. Through connecting theory with practice, we can promote students' knowledge to understand, grasp and practical applications, and respond to the needs of sustainable manufacturing.
