摘要
为了研究栀子多糖提取工艺,利用响应面法对栀子多糖的提取工艺条件进行优化。在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,根据Box-Benhnken中心组合实验设计原理采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各影响因子,以栀子多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出栀子多糖浸提的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶22,提取温度85℃,提取时间4.5 h;此条件下,栀子多糖的实际提取率可达3.651%。
The extraction conditions of gardenia ology. The experimental factors and levels were polysaccharide was optimized by response surface method- selected by single factor test, The optimal extraction condi- tions for gardenia polysaccharide were obtained through response surface methodo!ogy with 3 factors and 3 levels based on Box -Benhnken center -united experiment design and regression analysis. And response surface and contour line were made with gardenia polysaccharide extraction ratio as response value. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of gardenia polysaccharides were the ratio of material to liquid 1 : 22, extraction temperature 85 ℃ and extraction time 4.5 h. Under the optimal condition, the extraction ratio could be up to 3. 651%.
