摘要
针对辣椒红色素的超声波提取,在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,确定辣椒红色素超声提取的最佳工艺条件,即使用无水乙醇作溶剂,料液比为1:12(w/v),超声时间为30min,超声波功率为600W。采用该工艺条件,辣椒红色素的提取得率达到10.68%。与传统方法比较,该方法具有收率高、产品纯度高、污染小、生产周期短、有效成分不被破坏等优点。
This paper studied the extraction technology of red pigment from paprika. Single-factor experiments and the optimum condition for the extraction of paprika red pigment were determined through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and Response Surface Methodology. The optimum extraction condition,on which 10.68% of the total paprika red pigments could be extracted,was the ratio of solvent to material 12ml/g,extraction time 30 minutes,ultrasonic power 600W. Compared with traditional method,the method is better efficiency,short cycle and low pollution.
