摘要 通过问卷调查方式,从实验主题、操作时间、实验技术、成绩评价和老师的知识水平等五方面分析了浙江大学生物化学自主设计实验存在的问题及对策.提出自主设计实验应以培养学生的科研素养和科研兴趣为基本原则,立题指导和项目审查阶段应加强老师的引导作用,将学生论文编订成册不但可供借鉴还可提高学生的成就感及责任感;操作时间6~7次为宜;应向学生推荐实验技术方面的参考书和视频,实验室应注意仪器的介绍和更新;应把实验过程和口头表达能力纳入成绩;老师需要不断提高知识水平. Through questionnaire, this paper investigates and analyzes the problems existed in self-designed biochemistry experiment from five aspects such as the experimental subject, operation times, experimental technique, performance evaluation and teacher s knowledge level in Zhejiang University. The relevant solutions are also put forward. The cultivation of students scientific research quality and scientific interest should be the basic principle of self-designed experiments. Teacher's role should be strengthened in the project guidance and project review stage. Students'papers are bound into the book not only can be used for reference but also can improve the students sense of achievement and responsibility; Six to seven operation times are suitable; The reference books and video about experimental technique should be recommended to students. The laboratory should pay attention to introduce and update apparatus; The experimental process and oral expression ability should be incorporated into the score; The teachers need to constantly improve the level of knowledge.
