摘要
目的 :研究对乙酰氨基酚溶液家兔经皮直流电离子导入时血药浓度 -时间曲线的变化。方法 :将对乙酰氨基酚的饱和水溶液在家兔腹部进行经皮离子导入 ,控制电流强度为 0 .1 m A/cm2 ,定时取血测定血药浓度变化。结果 :施加直流电导入后能使药物在家兔血中迅速达到有效浓度 ,血药浓度 -时间曲线较为平稳 ,停止导入则使血药浓度迅速下降。结论 :在家兔体内的研究表明 ,对乙酰氨基酚能在电流作用下经过皮肤进入体循环 ,并在较长时间内产生稳定的释药 ,维持有效血药浓度。
Objective:To study the changes of plasma level of acetaminophen after direct current transdermal iontophoresis.Methods:Saturated solution of acetaminophen and direct current of 0.1 mA/cm 2 was employed for abdominal transdermal iontophoresis in rabbits and the drug concentration of blood samples was determied in the body circulation.Results:The results showed that the effective concentration was obtained shortly after transdermal iontophoresis of ace taminophen in rabbits and the blood concentration time curve was relatively steady.The drug concentration decreased rapidly when the iontophoresis was stopped.Conclusion:Acetaminophen could be transdermal penetrated and transfered into body circulation by iontophoresis in rabbits and could maintain a relative longer effective duration .
