摘要
以2004-2011年重庆市保障性住房规模相关数据为基础,选择灰色关联度数学模型,对保障性住房规模影响因素进行实证研究;研究表明,影响重庆市保障性住房规模的因素主要为居民住房需求、政府保障性住房供给能力与住房市场供给等3方面,其中保障性住房投资额关联度最高;鉴于此,一方面要保证保障性住房资金的落实;另一方面要确保保障性住房供需动态平衡。
Based on the related data of the scale of low-income housing in Chongqing during 2004-2011, by selecting grey relational mathematical model, this paper conducts empirical study on the factors affecting the scale of low-income housing and the research indicates that the factors affecting Chongqing' s low-income housing scale mainly include such three aspects as residents' housing demand, governmental supply capacity for the low-income housing and housing market supply, among which the correlation degree of the investment amount for the low- income housing is the highest, according to the conclusion, on the one hand, Chongqing should guarantee the investment capital for the low-income housing, on the other hand, Chongqing should ensure the dynamic balance between the supply and demand of the low-income housing.
