摘要
目的观察中药热透疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将44例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各22例。治疗组使用中药热透疗法治疗,对照组接受磁热治疗。2组均治疗3周,观察对比2组的临床疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为90.91%,对照组为63.64%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热透疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of heat through Chinese traditional medicine therapy for the treatment of knee os-teoarthritis. Methods 44 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n=22）. Pa-tients in treatment group were used the heat through therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, and the patients in control group were used treated with magnetic heat treatment, then to compare the effect of the two groups. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 90.91%, the control group was 63.64%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Heat through Chi-nese traditional medicine therapy for knee osteoarthritis has good curative effect.
