低周波联合脉冲磁疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察 被引量:25

摘要 目的观察低周波联合脉冲磁疗对膝关节骨性关节炎功能恢复的疗效。方法将98例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为低周波组(25例32膝)、脉冲磁疗组(35例45膝)和低周波联合脉冲磁疗组(38例46膝),于治疗前后观察三组膝关节骨性关节炎的VAS评分、Lequesne膝骨关节炎严重程度计分及改善率的变化。结果三组的VAS评分、Lequesne膝骨关节炎严重程度计分治疗前后自身比较均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后三组的VAS评分、Lequesne膝骨关节炎严重程度计分及改善率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低周波、脉冲磁疗及低周波联合脉冲磁疗三种方法对膝关节骨性关节炎都有一定疗效,低周波联合脉冲磁疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficiency of low frequency electrostimulation and pulsed magnetic field therapy for knee osteoarthritis. Methods Nifty-eight patients were randomly divided into 3 groups:low frequency electrostimulation group(group A,n=32),pulsed magnetic field therapy group(group B,n=45) and low frequency electrostimulation and pulsed magnetic field therapy group(group C,n=46).The VAS score,the Lequesne index of severity for osteoarthritis of knee joint and the improvement rate were detected before and after treatment. Results The VAS score,the Lequesne index showed significant difference in 3 groups before and after treatment(P0.05).The VAS score and the Lequesne index were significantly lower after treatment in group C than in group A and group B(P0.05).The improvement rate was higher in group C than in group A and group B(P0.05). Conclusion The low frequency electrostimulation combined with pulsed magnetic field therapy is more effective for knee osteoarthritis than the single way.
