摘要
论著目的掌握兰州市医疗卫生机构消毒质量,为控制医院感染提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对辖区内各级医疗机构进行监测。结果共监测各级医疗单位229所,检测各类样品1884份,平均合格率89.54%;市级和民营医院合格率100.00%,社区卫生服务中心81.51%,乡卫生院86.41%,村卫生所84.38%,个体诊所61.11%;室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液、灭菌器材和紫外线杀菌灯合格率分别为85.04%、95.31%、95.19%、100.00%、97.06%和80.18%。结论兰州市医疗卫生机构消毒质量存在一些问题,应强化基层医疗机构医院感染控制和消毒管理工作。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of disinfection quality of difference scales of medical institutions in Lanzhou so as to provide guidance for control of nosocomial infections. METHODS By means of the on site investigation and sampling method, the medical institutions at different scales were monitored. RESULTS A total of 229 medical institutions at different scales were monitored, with 1884 samples involved, the average qualified rate was 89.54% ; the qualified rate of the municipal hospitals or private hospitals was 100. 00%, the community health service center 81.51%, the county-level hospital 86.41%, the village health center 84.38%, and the private clinic 61.11%. The qualified rate of the disinfection of indoor air was 85.04 %, the medical staff＇s hands 95.31%, the object surfaces 95.19M, the disinfectants in use 100.00%, the sterile supplies 97.06%, and the ultraviolet lamp 80. 18%. CONCLUSION There are some problems existing in＇ the disinfection in medical institutions of Lanzhou, it is necessary to enhance the control of nosocomial infections and the disinfection management in grass-roots medical institutions.
