摘要
文章认为，地勘单位企业化的关键是真正建立企业的经营机制，而建立企业经营机制的关键是国有资产产权的人格化。文章列举了地勘单位国有产权非人格化的表现，并初步提出了地勘国有产权人格化的设想和建议。
The paper considers that the key is setting up real management mechanism for enterprises, the most important is personification of state-owned property rights. The paper cited the opposite facts and it puts forward suggestion on personification of state-owned property rights for geological prospecting.
