摘要
根据地方综合性大学二级学院的大学英语教学管理现状,从高度重视、加强领导,调查研究、理清思路,齐抓共管、措施落实,奖优罚劣、制度保障等方面进行了探索与实践,展示了地方综合性大学二级学院大学英语教学管理模式.
According to the status quo of college English teaching management mode of secondary colleges of local comprehensive universities,this paper introduces a maneuverable management mode in this regard by practicing and probing into the ensuing respects such as strengthening the leadership,doing research,straightening out ideas,making concerted efforts to implement the measures,rewarding the outstanding and punishing the poor,and guaranteeing the system.
