摘要
食品安全风险管理与风险预防的相关工作,国际组织及部分发达国家开展得早于我国。世界卫生组织较早地提出了食品安全风险监测与控制的要求,部分发达国家制定了严格的食品安全制度与技术规范。国际组织及发达国家在控制食品安全风险、预防食品安全事故方面有值得我国借鉴之处。
Food safety risk management and risk prevention job has been developed for many years in the international organization and devel- oped countries. WHO has made the policy for the food safety risk monitoring and prevention. Some developed countries have made the acts and standard about food safety. There are some experiences for us to prevent the food safety problem.
