摘要：22号Q420C是叉车门架槽钢产品，强度高、效益好。但菜钢在生产过程中存在冲击韧性不稳定，强度波动，易出现裂边等问题，影响产品质量。针对上述问题，莱钢对各生产工序进行了分析，并采取有效措施逐步控制了质量缺陷，产品质量达到生产要求。
The 22 size Q420C is a door frame channel steel product for forklift, which has high strength and good benefits. But some problems such as instable impact toughness, the intensity fluctuation, cracked edges, are found in the production process of Laigang, which can affect the quality of products. According to the above problems, Laigang has analyzed various production processes, and taken effective measures to gradually control the quality defects .The quality of products has met the production requirements.
