摘要
介绍了莱钢生产C160b新型叉车用门架槽钢的工艺实践。依据产品协议要求确定合理的钢种成分和工艺参数,精确控制万能轧机中累计变形率,确定合理加热温度、终轧温度和道次变形量等。重点解决了叉车门架高强度、高韧性、高精度的使用要求,取得良好效果,替代进口产品,填补了国内空白。
Production of C160b channel beam for tracks of forklift in Laigang is introduced. Rational elements and process parameters were adopted according to product agreements, accumulative distortion rates were precisely controlled, rational heating and end-rolling temperatures and distortion amount were made. The needs in high strength, toughness and precision were emphatically satisfied, ending in a good effect. It can be used to substitute for import products, thus filling the national gaps.
