摘要
目的介绍痰热清注射液说明书的更改内容,从而为临床用药提供参考。方法分析痰热清不良反应的表现、易发人群以及引起不良反应的原因。结果痰热清的不良反应是由它的成分所致,有过敏史患者,孕妇和婴幼儿在使用时更容易出现不良反应。结论医生在使用痰热清前应详细询问患者情况,使用时也要进行监测,提高痰热清注射液的用药安全。
Objective In order to provide reference for clinical medication of Tanreqing, the instructions changes were intruduced in this article. Methods The performance of Tanreqing ,Prone populations and the reasons caused adverse reactions were analyzed. Results Tanreqing adverse reactions are caused by its composition, and history of allergy patients, pregnant women and infants are more prone to it. Conclusion The doctor should get the information of the patients before using Tanreqing, and take carefully Surveillance,which can imorove medication safety of Tanreaing.
