摘要
目的研究痰热清注射液致不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律。方法以"痰热清"为关键词或题名,对维普资讯网内中国生物医学知识库收录的2003年～2011年8月的文献资料检索并查阅原文,对检索到的文献进行统计、分析。结果共收集到有效的有关痰热清注射液致ADR文献19篇,共20例,所有ADR与患者性别、年龄无显著相关性;ADR多发生在首次用药及用药30 min内,皮肤过敏反应为最常见的不良反应;严重ADR如过敏性休克多在早期出现。结论临床应高度重视痰热清注射液致ADR的监测,合理选用,确保用药的安全、有效,尽量减少严重ADR造成的后果。
Objective To investigate the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） caused by Tanreqing Injection. Methods Using Tanreqing as key words or title, the literatures that included in Weipu biomedical knowledge base within China from 2003 to August 201 l were retrieved, and original text were reviewed. Related literatures on ADR cases caused by Tanreqing Injection were analyzed statistically. Results 19 literatures involving 20 cases were retrieved. There was no significant correlation between ADR cases and the gender or age of the patients. ADR induced by Tanreqing Injection mostly occurred in the first time medication and within 30 min. The common ADR was dermato - allergic reaction. Serious ADR such as anaphylactic shock mostly appeared in the early stage. Conclusion The monitoring of ADR caused by Tanreqing Injection should be attached great importance and Tanreqing Injection should be rationally used in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication and minimize the consequences of serious ADR.
