摘要
癌因性疲乏是乳腺癌患者治疗过程中的常见并发症之一,患者主要表现为疲劳、虚弱、注意力不集中、情绪低落等。现代医学除了通过相关对症治疗外还采取适宜的体育锻炼、居家有氧锻炼以及针对患者的社会心理行为辅助治疗等手段来改善其相关症状。我国传统中医药强调阴平阳秘的整体平衡思想,注重辨证论治的治疗原则,认为癌因性疲乏属"虚劳",主要给予中药调理、针灸推拿手法以及药膳食疗等。本文对传统中医疗法治疗乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏的主要研究进展作一综述,以期为临床应用提供更多参考依据。
Cancer-related fatigue （CRF） is one of the common complications of patients with breast cancer during treatment. The main symptoms include fatigue, weakness, inattention, depression, etc. In addition to the related symptomatic treatment, modem medicine also advocates appropriate physical exercise, aerobic exercise at home as well as adjuvant therapy for patients＇ psychosocial behavior to subside or release symptoms. Yet traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the doctrine on yin-yang and the concept of holism balance and pays attention to Syndrome Differentiation treatment in recognizing and treating diseases. It is believed that this kind of disease belongs to ＂consumptive disease＂, and the main treatments include traditional Chinese drugs, acupuncture and moxibnstion, massage and medicinal food, etc. This article aims to summarize the research of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for breast cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue, which would provide references for its clinical application.
