癌因性疲乏:概念分析 被引量：41

摘要 癌因性疲乏(CancerRelatedFatigue,CRF)是癌症患者最常见的症状之一,直接影响到患者的生活质量。主要介绍CRF的定义、特征及相关概念,通过案例分析CRF的前置因子和后果,并介绍其评估方法以及护理干预措施。通过对CRF分析,可促进护理人员对此现象的认识,提高评估准确性和干预的有效性,并为进一步研究提供依据。
