摘要
目的探讨护理层级管理在提高医院护理服务质量过程中的应用价值。方法比较该院实施护士层级管理模式前、后的护理质量和满意度情况。结果实施护士分层管理模式后,基础护理质量、健康教育、护理文书、护理操作、病房管理质量考评方面明显改善(P<0.05),患者的满意度及护士自身对工作的满意情况明显提高(P<0.05)。结论实施护理层级管理能够充分调动护士的主观能动性,明显提高临床护理质量,值得在临床进一步研究、推广。
Objective To explore the role of implementing nurse grading management in improving nursing service quality of hospital. Methods The nursing quality and degree of satisfaction were studied and compared before and after practicng nurse grading management in our hospitalnurse. Results After implementing the hierarchical management model of nurse ,the basic nursing quality, health education, nursing records, nursing operation and ward management quality evaluation have been greatly improved ( P 〈 0.05 ). Degree of satisfaction about nurse on work and the patients' satisfaction increase significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing grading management can fully mobilize the initiative of nurses,improve the quality of clinical nursing, which is worthy of popularization.
