摘要
农村文化作为新农村建设的重要组成部分,对促进农村精神文明、社会文明乃至物质文明的发展具有重要意义。作为中国农村文化的载体,古村落在保护与发展过程中遇到诸多问题,甚至面临着日趋消亡的危险,这制约了我国新农村建设的全面开展。科学保护与合理利用古村落势在必行。结合河北省新农村建设现状以及河北省是文物大省的特点,深入探讨了古村落保护与利用对河北省经济文化建设的意义,并针对当前古村落的发展现状及面临问题提出了切实可行的建设意见。
Culture as an important part of the new rural construction in rural areas has great significance of promoting rural spiritual civilization, social civilization and even the development of material civilization. The ancient village as a carrier of China＇s rural culture encountered many prob- lems in protection and development process because of various reasons, even in the face of the danger of extinction increasingly restricted the overall conduct of the new rural construction. In this paper, the author discussed in-depth protection and utilization of the ancient village of the significance of the economic and cultural development in Hebei Province with the construction of new rural status quo province relics characteristics of the province, and put forward practical and current situation and problems faced by the current development of the ancient village possible the construction of views.
