摘要
为研究松茸多糖中单糖成分,将松茸多糖水解产物进行甲基化反应,以气相色谱仪检测多糖水解产物.结果确定松茸多糖水解产物中的5种单糖:D-木糖,D-甘露糖,D-葡萄糖,D-半乳糖,D-葡萄糖醛酸,单糖摩尔比为1∶1.8∶326.5∶52.53∶28.83,可能含有D-阿拉伯糖.为深入研究松茸多糖提供了理论依据.
Study on the monosaccharides constitution which methylation was used in hydrolysis of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides.Five known monosaccharides were determined by gas chromatography,they were D-xylose,D-mannose,D-glucose,D-galactose and D-glucose hyaluronic acid,the molar ratio was 1 ∶ 1.8 ∶ 326.5 ∶ 52.53 ∶ 28.83.Arabinose may exist in T.matsutake.This study provides a theoretical basis for further study on T.matsutake.
