摘要
在职工程硕士学位设置的目的是为企业和社会培养高层次、应用型、复合型的工程技术人才,文章分析了在职工程硕士培养过程中较易出现的问题并提出相关改进建议,希望帮助相关方提高在职工程硕士培养质量。
The purpose of setting the in-service engineering master is to train high-level, practical, compound engineering talents for companies and the society. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the in-service engineering master training process and proposes improvement suggestion, the author hopes to help organizers improve the quality of in-service engineering master training.
