摘要
基于UG软件建立掘进机整机三维模型,利用机械系统动力学软件ADAMS,实现虚拟样机模型的动力学仿真,得到截割臂与截割头铰接点处的受力曲线,利用NASTRAN对截割臂进行有限元分析,结果表明截割臂强度储备很大,还能进一步优化。
Based on the UG software to build 3D model of cantilever roadheader,by using the mechanical system dynamics software ADAMS ,realization of the model of virtual prototype dynamics simulation,getting the cutting arm and the cutting head hinge joints stress situation and the related curves,by using NASTRAN to the cutting arm for finite element analysis,the results show that the cutting arm strength reserve is very large, but also further optimization.
