摘要 提出了一种基于液体药的新型随行装药高初速火炮发射方案。该方案运用差动原理,即多体组合弹丸不同组合件之间的速度差,实现弹载液体药向弹后连续喷射。在弹后空间高温燃气作用下,喷射出的液体药就地燃烧,弥补或消除了弹丸运动引发的稀疏波影响,有效提高了火炮工作容积利用率。推导了组合弹体的动力学方程和弹后空间准平衡态热力学体系中弹底不断有质量能量流入的火炮内弹道方程组。数值计算及多方案对比结果表明,某大口径火炮基于液体随行装药组合发射方案,在最大膛压、弹质量及弹丸行程等条件不变的情况下,弹丸初速可提高26%,火炮工作容积利用率提高约44%。 A new firing concept which can be used in high velocity gun charge was presented based on liquid traveling. The differential principle, i. e. the speed difference between the different components of the combined projectile, was used to realize the continuous injection of liquid propellant toward the in-bore space. Under the action of the high temperature gas, the sprayed-out liquid propellants burn, and the generated gas fill the pressure drop of the bottom of the projectile. The utilization rate of gun working volume is effectively improved. The kinetic equations of the combined projectile and the interior ballistic equations of combined firing concept were deduced. The combined firing concept of a large-diameter gun based on liquid traveling charge was obtained through numerical calculation and comparing multi-schemes. Under the condition of invariable maximum bore pressure,invariable projectile weight and travel,the initial velocity of projectile can be increased by 26% ,and the utilization rate of gun working volume is increased by about 44%.
