E-cadherin、N-cadherin在乳腺癌中表达变化及意义 被引量:6

Expression and Significance of E-cadherin and N-cadherin in Breast Carcinoma

摘要 为观察乳腺浸润性导管癌中,EMT相关表型分子E-cadherin、N-cadherin蛋白表达变化,探讨EMT与乳腺癌变、分级相关性。采用收集70例乳腺癌组织和20例癌旁正常组织制作组织芯片,应用免疫组化EnVision法检测E-cadherin、N-cadherin蛋白表达。结果显示,乳腺浸润性导管癌E-cadherin阳性表达明显降低,同时N-cadherin阳性表达明显升高,E-cadherin与N-cadherin表达呈显著相关性(r=0.405,P<0.05);乳腺癌高、中、低分化组织中,E-cadherin阳性表达逐渐升高,同时N-cadherin阳性表达逐渐降低。由此可知,乳腺癌细胞存在EMT,EMT参与乳腺癌变过程,并与乳腺癌恶性程度有相关性。 To detect the EMT phenotype molecule E-cadherin and N-cadherin protein expressions in invasive ductal breast carci- noma,and to investigate the correlation between EMT and breast tumor-genesis and histological grade. E-cadherin and N-cadherin protein expressions were determined by immunohistochemistry envision method in 70 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of cancer adjacent normal tissue microarray. E-cadherin expression was significantly reduced in invasive ductal breast carcinoma,Simultaneously,N-cadherin expression was significantly increased, and a significant correlation was observed between E- cadherin and N-cadherin, (r=0. 405, P^0.05). Ranging from High, medium to low breast cancer differentiation, E-cadherin positive expression was gradually increased, while N-cadherin expression was gradually decreased. EMT in breast cancer cell was involved in breast tumor-genesis and associated with the malignancy of breast carcinoma.
